If someone is impersonating Zenthra Paylance, if you received a suspicious message, or if you found a security flaw, tell us at support@zenthrapaylance.online. Reports are reviewed by the security and compliance team.

Signs of a scam in our name

  • Anyone asking for your password, PIN, PAK, STK or TVK. We never do.
  • A request to pay a fee to "release", "unlock" or "verify" your funds.
  • Promises of guaranteed profit, fixed returns or investment plans.
  • Links to domains that are not our official site.
  • Pressure to act immediately, or to move the conversation to a private channel.

What to include in a report

The sender's address or number, the full message with headers if you have them, screenshots, any links or wallet addresses involved, and the date and time. Do not include your own security codes in the report.

If you already shared credentials

Change your password immediately, then contact support@zenthrapaylance.online so the account can be reviewed and, if necessary, frozen while we investigate.
