Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Zenthra Paylance collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website, the customer dashboard and any emails we send you.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Zenthra Paylance, registered at Delaware, United States (registration number available on request). Privacy questions and data-subject requests: support@zenthrapaylance.online.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, phone number, password hash (managed by our authentication provider; we never see your plaintext password).
  • Identity and verification data — identity documents, proof of address and selfies you upload for KYC checks.
  • Financial data — wallet balances, transactions, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, beneficiary bank details, card applications and loan applications.
  • Security data — verification codes (PIN, PAK, STK, TVK) are stored only in hashed form and are verified server-side; login timestamps, IP address and device/user-agent information for fraud detection.
  • Support data — messages you send us, including through the live chat widget when it is enabled.

3. Why we use it

To create and operate your account and wallets; to execute and record transactions; to meet anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions obligations; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to provide customer support; and to send transactional notices such as credit and debit alerts. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal bases

Performance of our contract with you (operating your account), compliance with legal obligations (AML/KYC, record keeping), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and, where required, your consent (optional cookies and non-essential communications).

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help run the service — cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and the live chat provider selected by the operator — and with regulators, law enforcement or payment partners where we are legally required to do so. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement. The complete list of subprocessors is available on request at support@zenthrapaylance.online.

6. Retention

Account, transaction and verification records are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping law (commonly at least five years after the relationship ends), then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Support conversations and security logs are kept for a shorter operational period.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure provider. Access to customer records is restricted by row-level authorization in the database, so one customer can never read another customer's data. Sensitive uploads (identity documents, deposit proofs) are stored in private buckets and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. See our Security page.

8. Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Some data cannot be deleted while legal retention obligations apply. Contact support@zenthrapaylance.online.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in regions outside your own. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes

We will post any material change to this policy on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept it.
